The soul of Elite Slice is our founder and chef – a Sri Lankan culinary artist with an enduring passion for pizza. With years of hands-on experience in Italian kitchens and an intimate understanding of authentic pizza-making, he mastered the traditional techniques – from perfecting slow-fermented dough to crafting rich, balanced sauces. But his story didn’t stop there.
Inspired by his roots and a deep love for the vibrant, spicy, and colourful food culture of Sri Lanka, he envisioned a unique fusion: pizza that brings together the warmth of Italy with the fire and flair of Sri Lanka. This vision gave rise to Elite Slice – a place where every pizza tells a story, and every bite bridges two worlds.
We believe that great food starts with great ingredients. That’s why we prepare our dough fresh in-house, hand-stretch every base, and use high-quality produce, carefully sourced and thoughtfully combined.
